About Us
JAI is a legal firm, which prides itself on a versatile portfolio of legal services. We have three decades of national experience servicing businesses, organisations and individuals. Our legal team comprises the Jugwanth family as well as trusted legal and financial personnel. Staying current is key in servicing our clients with dynamic and sound legal solutions.
We conduct all of our legal work with the strong principles of justice. We guide and advise our clients through the legal processes ensuring that their needs and interests are protected.
The firm offers direct assistance through consultation, boardroom negotiations, litigation, mediation, arbitration and conciliation. We, at JAI, are totally committed to providing effective and appropriate advice, knowledge and expertise in dealing with challenges that clients face themselves or in their enterprises.
We also provide advice to clients in anticipation of potential problems before they arise and closely assist them in formulating timeous positive strategies to deal with them.
